I am fool (regardless of the calendar date). I forgot that folks actually celebrate April 1st by pranking their amigos and comrades and other people. It's one of those pretend holidays I stopped celebrating (along with Valentine's day and St. Patrick's day).
I just figured out about 5 minutes ago that the gmail 'custom time' feature was a joke. Post and pre-date your email timestamp thing. It seemed stupid yet plausible, so I kind of just went with the idea and was too busy to read all about it. It was only now that I wanted to learn more (and procrastinate this structural lab) that I find it removed from the gmail home page. Doy doy doy.
And don't even get me started on Brittany's engagement prank.

ha ha. Yeah. I bet she didn't spend ten minutes trying to explain to you that it wasn't just an April Fool's joke, it was real (lie, lie, lie, etc.) though. :P
I really liked the custom time thing. It could actually be useful for people who tend to be late like me.
"What are you talking about I didn't send it? Check your email again!"
