cheap meal

I have Ashli to thank for getting me into swagbucks and hip2save, two ways to supplement my grad student fellowship (and my cheese habit).  As I pulled my pizza out of the oven, I realized that it is working!

ugh, how do I rotate this?
Margarita Pizza
crust - $1 from trader joe's
sauce - free from whole foods
garlic - so cheap I don't even know
onion - same
fresh mozzarella - $2.99 from whole foods, and I used probably half of it
shredded mozzarella - bought with a coupon from target for about $2, and I used a fraction of it
fresh basil - $2.69 from trader joe's, and I used a tiny fraction of it

Approximate total: less than $5?  That's how much those AWFUL pizzas from little caesar's cost.

cheese I have eaten and liked

This post is meant to be a more permanent place for the yummy cheeses I try but have no hope of remembering their names.  I would love suggestions, if you have any.

Laguiole -- Cow's Milk.  Auvergne, France.  From Formaggio Kitchen.  $20.95 per pound.
--This is the perfect hard cheese!  Great on grilled cheese sandwiches.

Delice de Bourgogne -- Cow's Milk.  Burgundy, France.  From Formaggio Kitchen.  $14.95 per pound.
--This is a yummy soft cheese that an employee at Formaggio's suggested because they were out of Brillat Savarin.
