--This is the perfect hard cheese! Great on grilled cheese sandwiches.
Delice de Bourgogne -- Cow's Milk. Burgundy, France. From Formaggio Kitchen. $14.95 per pound.
--This is a yummy soft cheese that an employee at Formaggio's suggested because they were out of Brillat Savarin.

After rent, most of my money goes toward buying cheese. ;)
Ooooh, will have to try them out! Except those are pretty pricey :(
