cheap meal

I have Ashli to thank for getting me into swagbucks and hip2save, two ways to supplement my grad student fellowship (and my cheese habit).  As I pulled my pizza out of the oven, I realized that it is working!

ugh, how do I rotate this?
Margarita Pizza
crust - $1 from trader joe's
sauce - free from whole foods
garlic - so cheap I don't even know
onion - same
fresh mozzarella - $2.99 from whole foods, and I used probably half of it
shredded mozzarella - bought with a coupon from target for about $2, and I used a fraction of it
fresh basil - $2.69 from trader joe's, and I used a tiny fraction of it

Approximate total: less than $5?  That's how much those AWFUL pizzas from little caesar's cost.

Awesome! Yeah, I kind of hate Little Ceasar's...everyone gets them because they're "so cheap," but they are soooo not that good. Yours looks yummy! I'm glad you like my favorite sites and I'm way excited that you got a deal posted on Hip2Save! :)

good deal, and it looks really good. the fresh mozzarella looks so good on it.

if you want an inexpensive personal pizza check out the link below. you use a sandwich wrap so that it is super cheap

Haha this sounds like my house, exactly. Graduate school ruins any chance at a proper diet. We live off of pizza!

Hope you have a wonderful day.
